The way you get paid to refer is that when you ask a person to join under you through your invitation link, you will gain usually 50%-100% commission from their advertisement clicks. They don't lose anything though. If you have hundreds or thousands of referrals and all of them click 4 advertisements (worth $0.01 each) every day, the extra income you gain is.. well, noticeable. You can make the calculations :) You get paid for example through PayPal on the sites mentioned above.
